Who looks after your data
S & V Foods Holding Sdn. Bhd. (202401011047 (1556897-P)) runs Mana Drop and looks after your personal data under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- Your name, email, password (stored scrambled), username and profile details
- Your phone number and delivery address
- Your orders, bids, wishlist, card lists and messages on the site
- If you apply to sell: your shop name, legal name, email and phone
- If you sell: your bank name, account name and account number, so we can pay you
- Photos you upload, such as card photos
We do not store your full card details. The payment provider handles them.
We use your internet (IP) address to work out your country, so we can show prices in your currency. We do not save it for this.
Why we use it
- To run your account, take orders and deliver them
- To send order alerts, receipts and password resets
- To handle problems, refunds and seller payments
- To prevent fraud and keep the site safe
- To follow the law, including tax and record-keeping rules
Who we share it with
- The seller of your order, so they can send it
- Couriers and partner shops
- Our payment, email and web hosting providers
- Authorities, when the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may keep data outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account is open. We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, or withdraw your consent. Some data is needed to run your account, so withdrawing consent may mean closing it. Write to support@manadrop.com.my. You can also complain to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We also save small settings on your device, such as your cart.
Keeping it safe
We use secure connections and limit who can see your data. If a breach could seriously affect you, we will tell you.
