Refund Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
When you get a full refund
- The seller does not confirm your order within 12 hours
- The seller no longer has the card
- Mana Drop cancels the order for any other reason
If your order has several sellers, only the cancelled part is refunded. The rest carries on as normal.
If your card is wrong or damaged
This includes a wrong card, a card in worse condition than listed, a fake card, or a parcel that never arrives. Tap Report a problem on My Orders as soon as you can, within 7 days of it shipping. Keep the card and the packaging, and take photos. We hold the seller’s payment while we look into it.
How we decide
We look at the listing, photos, tracking and what both sides tell us. If we agree with you, we refund you. We may ask you to send the card back first. If the seller got it wrong, they pay for the return.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the way you paid. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
Changing your mind
Once a seller has shipped, you cannot cancel because you changed your mind. Your rights under Malaysian consumer law still apply.
