Terms

Draft. A lawyer needs to check this page before Mana Drop opens.

Who we are

Mana Drop is an online marketplace for Magic: The Gathering cards. It is run by S & V Foods Holding Sdn. Bhd. (202401011047 (1556897-P)). Using Mana Drop means you agree to these terms.

How Mana Drop works

Different sellers list cards on Mana Drop. When you buy from a seller, your purchase is with that seller. Mana Drop also sells some items from its own shop. We take payment, pass your order to the seller and help if something goes wrong.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Please use your real details. We can close accounts that break these terms.

Buying

Delivery

The seller ships your order, or drops it at a partner shop if you chose that. You will see a tracking number on My Orders when there is one. Tap I received it when your order arrives. If you do not, the order completes by itself 7 days after it ships.

If something goes wrong

Tap Report a problem on My Orders, or use our Contact page. See our Refund Policy.

What is not allowed

Auctions and Cards Wanted

A winning bid is a promise to buy. Pay within the time shown, or the card may go back to the seller. Offers on Cards Wanted are checked by Mana Drop before you see them.

Prices and information

Market prices come from outside sources and can change. They are a guide only. We try to keep the site correct and running, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

The law

These terms follow Malaysian law. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page.
